How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to secure checkout. You can check out as a guest or sign in to your account for faster ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Apple Pay through our secure, encrypted checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over AED149. Orders below that are charged a flat delivery fee shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can also view status from your account under Orders.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unopened products in original condition can be returned within the window described in our Refund Policy. Sealed supplements cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Products & Authenticity
Are your products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Every product is sourced directly from authorised distributors and brand partners — we never sell counterfeits.
How should I store my supplements?
Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and always reseal tubs tightly after use.
