Return Policy


  1. Customers can request return of purchased item within 7 days from date of delivery.

  2. Item must be in original condition, not used alongside the first tag.


  1. Monetary refunds on Cash On Delivery (COD) purchases aren't accepted. Orders can only be refunded as store credit, which may be used for future purchases. Any future purchases are going to be subject to an equivalent COD/shipping fees procedures if applicable.

  2. All Credit/Debit card refunds are going to be credited back to the first payment card used for the transaction.

  3. Shipping fees, COD fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred won't be refunded. Value Added Tax (VAT) on the merchandise , however, are going to be refunded.

  4. Refunds future credit are often processed within 2 business days, once item is returned to our facility, and credit will appear in customer’s account within 12 hours.

  5. Credit/Debit cards refund are often processed within 2 business days, once item is returned to our facility, but it'd take up to 7 days for the refund to point out abreast of credit card statement, counting on customer’s bank.


For hygiene purposes, the subsequent items can't be exchanged or refunded: shaker, wearable, sports bras, socks, gloves, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items. Products that are available sealed packaging can't be exchanged or refunded.


  1. Customer should send an email to Customer Support team support@jnknutrition.com and supply the order number and therefore the items he/she wishes to return, within 7 days from date of delivery.

  2. Customer should provide a picture for the item showing its condition and therefore the original tag/box.

  3. If the item meets the wants , support team will request our courier to select up the item from the customer.

  4. Once item has been returned, refund/store credit are going to be issued.


  1. Items must be returned within 7 days. Any returns requested after the mentioned period, won't be accepted.

  2. Any additional items returned that weren't included within the approved list of returned items are going to be sent back to the customer and therefore the shipping cost are going to be charged to the customer.

  3. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please make sure you include any belts and any designer packaging which will are included. If in any case where the products haven't been returned in their original state, used, etc. then the customer will need to buy the shipping charges for the return. The customer won't be allowed to settle on their means of shipping the products, it'll be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only.

  4. All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please send an email to the Customer Support team at support@jnknutrition.com to do the needful, within 24 hours of receiving.

  5. Our Customer Support team will email you to verify that your return item(s) has been received and can process the refund/store credit.
